## Muzaton Shines in Final Pre-Olympic Downhill

In the last downhill race of the season before the 2022 Winter Olympics, French skier Maxence Muzaton put in a strong performance, finishing 12th and as the top Frenchman in the field. Muzaton’s result came in a tough race at the iconic Crans-Montana resort in Switzerland.

Muzaton’s teammate Nils Allègre finished 24th, while there was also a notable effort from Adrien Fresquet, who came agonizingly close to scoring his first World Cup points, finishing just 3 hundredths of a second outside the top 30.

The result caps off a solid season for Muzaton, who will be looking to carry this form into the Olympic Winter Games in Beijing next month. The French ski team will be hoping for more strong showings from their athletes as they aim to make an impact on the world stage.
